BRAIN INJURY
Brain injuries range from mild to severe, with effects varying according to the injury’s nature and intensity. Mild brain injuries often cause temporary symptoms like headaches, confusion, memory issues, and nausea, typically resolving over time. However, some individuals (around 15%) may experience long-lasting effects even from mild injuries. Moderate brain injuries lead to more intense and prolonged symptoms, potentially requiring extended treatment and rehabilitation. Recovery can be positive for many, but severe cases may result in lasting cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges, underscoring the importance of early intervention and specialized care.
